Started Maintenance Operations

As recently there was a partial downtime of the entire MarcSync Cluster because of 1 Server being down, there "might" be a good chance that there are some errors within our configuration. As normaly, traffic shall not be forwarded to Server which are not reachable/offline or unavaliable.

Now in this downtime we are gonna reconfigure some stuff, however this might maybe cause some small downtime as we saw recently when we just tried to apply some new small configurations, which worked just fine in Development.

Downtime is unlikely but still needs to be expected.
